Appears well built, but

But I wonder about corrosion of the springs that provide tension to keep this thing in place. Also, it didn’t fit my
Factory MPX MLOK handguard. Seems to fit my other mlok handguards.

feels and looks cheap chinese

Got this order along with the equally cheapo Sightmark PVS-14 flip to side mount. Trybe magnifier is more expensive than milsurp, yet terrible quality like an old Chinese made scope for a daisy BB gun.

Worst Red Dot EVER

Written on Dec 21, 2023

Battery life is awful, measured in weeks. Sig says the life is 2000 hours if you use the circle dot reticle and 20000 if you only use the dot. This is a LIE, and not correct.

Optic eats batteries, even when stored in the manually off position. Forget shake awake, useless feature for an optic that eats batteries even when manually shut down.

Next is the controls, actually the lack of them. As others have rightly pointed out, you must nearly touch the lens in order to make adjustments — this is not only a stupid design, but makes the optic unusable from the perspective of anyone with man-sized fingers.

To change batteries you must remove the light from the slide, and that means re-zeroing. Somebody at Sig should be fired and banned for life from ever working in the firearms industry.

Sig screwed the pooch with this again, like the rest of their Zero line. Zero happens to be the percent of trust that I place in this optic on any firearm. “Elite” is the biggest joke of a product name I have ever seen, and should be deleted from Sig’s line ASAP.

Zero stars folks, DONT BUY THIS JUNK.
