The Best Bang for the Buck with Leupold large objective side focus CDS Firedot without vx6 prices.

56 mm objective. It took forever it seems to be in stock ANYWHERE, but i'm glad i held out. Craftsmanship is typical Leopold gold ring perfection , nice weight, no serious issues with mount clearance on a weatherby vanguard S2 270win. Warne med's or Leupold prw Mediums would have worked with about 1/16" barrel clearance w/out flip covers. High prw's gave me 1/8" plus a smidge. Using a warne Pic rail. Warne maxima's obscure the cds. About to get Spuhr medium unimount and we'll see how she works. Light gathering and eye box seem excellent. OpticsPlanet helped me out and i'm very happy with the entire package price and quality-wise !! thanks OP

I use these for 4 other guns and they work great, and last for years. got this for a .204 ruger and it fits well and is safe for the barrel. I have used many different types of cleaners with them, plus of course Hoppe's different sprays and oils and Kroil etc all work good. the brass metal end won't damage the finish. thanks Hoppe's !

Its a tight caliber ! and this snake does it just perfect, snug but goes thru with just right omount of force. cleans well, most of them last for years, and the brass is not too rigid like some rod brushes. love em. Rich
i use them for many calibers. this one for a .204
