not as advertised, customer service says I don't understand the obvious demo policy

Product itself is good quality, but not giving 5 stars:
Optics Planet at the time I ordered, and now as I write this, describes this as having number 6 screws but the product I received works only with number 8 screws - I would have to drill and tap my receiver.
It was also missing one of the front screws
So, missing parts and material differences between description and delivered product.
I called and explained this -- and was told by their customer service that I didn't "understand" their "obvious" policy on their website regarding used demo items.

clear and solid, great field of view

like everybody who looks through this glass, I am impressed. It's clear, the field of view is absolutely huge and wide, the radical is super easy and not cluttered which I like. Simple, just get hits. I love that. this one came with the flip up covers. The throw lever is just the right size and the dial is very easy to rate, and stays where belongs.

after reading about the US Army adopting this scope, and looking through one at a local store, i knew this would be great. love the field of view, and that this comes in 1-6, 1-8 and 1-10x and i have one of each now
