I had this in one of my rifles and it wouldn't make it thru a mag without jamming. I tried different ammo and mags and same thing would happen 2 rounds would get stuck. So i swapped a standard psa bcg and now i have no issue. I definitely regret this purchase especially after seeing its discontinued by the manufacturer.
Also the forward assist is pointless with the way they designed this.

poor sling options

The qd does not lock in place. The qd location easily bumps into things and disconnects the sling. While moving around the sling will rotate and twist the sling. This stock looks nice but unfortunately thats where it ends. Wanted to like it but i will most likely return or throw away.

Even if this has issues i can depend on vortex having the best warranty. So im not even worried if it ends up having an issue down the road. So far im nothing but impressed with the quality of build and optical quality. I have it paired with a vortex micro 3x. The turret caps on the micro 3x work perfectly for the adjustments on the huey. If you have astigmatism like i do you may love this.

blurry without magnification. under 6x magnification a strange yellow redish dot appears above 1moa center dot. I really wanted to like this but my astigmatism just wont allow it for me. The material is a solid build. Would make a good daytime, with no rain, range gun. I could only imagine if holosun made a holo, it could disrupt the entire holo market.

bought if for the flat trigger

Bought it for the flat trigger but only kept the pins. I wanted to swap the old trigger on my g17 so i went out on a limb and got this kit. Some people might like this but i would rather have my old oem trigger over this. I ended up gifting all the parts except the pins

Fyi this comes with plates for lower 1/3 and co witness. It doesnt say this anywhere online.
The magnifier is incredibly micro, light and high clarity.
The mount is solid. I normally prefer a qd mount but considering how lightweight this is i might keep the mount.
