Review for
ACCU-TAC LP-50 Bipod
After waiting months for the Arca version, I opted for the pic rail model and have no regrets. Combined with a Accuracy Solutions BipodExt also bought through OP, the combo is helping me make long shots and small groups easy with every.rifle I mount it on be it 22lr at 300 yards to center fire loads out past 1k yard. If you take you long range shooting seriously, this one will handle your heavy rifles with no flex or wobble.

Good basic Chrono BUT...
Written on Sep 08, 2025
I feel that the cost difference is all in how the chrono works with data collection and migration to ballistic software.
I work with transit time, ultrasonic & doppler radar and the pre-space race tech in the hardware is nothing sophisticated from my POV , but if the software is buggy, you can really hurt the rep of quality hardware .
Off the chrono: out the box and the first string of 5 shots I was able to dial in some factory ammo to get on at 1025 yards BUT I had to manually load the numbers into my Hornady ballistics app because the session didn't upload to the Athlon app.
Later shot sessions did load to app.
I also noted that modified sessions (deleted shots from sessions) will not update when you re-sync.
Both the firmware and app are up to date.

1.0 Pro Series C.O.R.E Upgrade

The Trigger is A+ but the instructions don't cover all the details for all versions and my rating would be 5 if it was
I installed my Timmney trigger on a M&P40 Pro Series C.O.R.E. , the 1st gen with the optics cutout on the receiver.
Step 0: Recommend thoroughly clean receiver lube/grease moving parts before reassembly.
1.Sear: Do not swap out the sear on the the 1.0 Pro Series. The factory (PS) sear+trigger bar are matched up. If you do swap it you will immediately noticed the overtravel and pull weight just to get the sear the disengage.
2 Safety Plunger:You don't have to remove your rear iron sight on the 1.0 CORE version. Access to the plunger is in the optics cut out area. Remove your opitc and base (if installed) and with very small Allen owrench loosen the safety plunger cap.

Savage 110 Tactical LH

Review for
MDT Howa 1500 Oryx Rifle Chassis
After dealing with "backorder" or custom made to order for other Savage LH actions i opted to give the Oryx a try. It has exceeded my expectations for a budget chassis stock.
Excellent fit & feel.
The Ergonomic pistol grip surprisingly fits like a glove and that's a first for any gun I own.
The Arca rail (sold separately) is a must have if you plan to use a tripod

Weigh your options before buying

Got my trigger today.
After having this product on my watch list for close to a year and going over rhe reviews I used my OP Bucks to get one to try it out and to see if i can make adjustments to some of the problems reported.
Installing and adjusting was easy, flat trigger & adjustable shoe feels great & thats the positive however the jury is still out on the overall design.
A silky smooth sealed bearing in a trigger hints of an over engineered idea considering rhe pull weight adjustment area feels like its filled with sand.
The crunchy feel is from the the flat surfaced detent and spring moving along the threads for the allen screw, and the "not smooth" surface of your receiver.
*Minor gunsmithing is required*
If you polish small area of your receiver & detent pin where the detent spring moves along the receiver and make two smooth surfaces you can remedy the "grit" at in the lower weights (1.25-2.5lb) Apply a dab of good gun grease on the polished area the spring and pin and that may mitigate the crunchies. Tuned up to 3lb and above its still crunch due to the spring compression on the interal threads.
I might do a YT product review showing my remedy once i get some range time on it.
Summary: ELFTMAMNN makes decent products but this one could have done without the enclosed pull weight sping assembly especially if it has issues and isnnot an improvement over the factory tigger. If you don't have the patience for the tune up go with another product or get used to the
