Well there’s been many mixed reviews on this and many are based on the muzzle device. I got this on sale so overall not terrible but I definitely ordered the model with the Surefire 3 prong and that is NOT what I received. I got the pinned and welded Daniel Defense flash hider. Overall not that big a deal as the DD is still a good muzzle device, just not a Surefire 3 prong as advertised. Also my DD “grip and rip” charging handle is not ambidextrous and only the right latch works on it. I have several other DD Grip n rips that work fantastic but not this one. It’s a DD upper but not the QC I expected for an upper of this status and expense. I expect to receive a new charging handle at the very least. Overall not super impressed and it also does not include the vertical foregrip that comes standard with every other DD upper.

This upper is flat out the bees knees. I got one about a year and a half ago when they were still available... now all I see is “backordered” or “discontinued” as stock. All I know is if you can find this upper, buy it. It’s not real cheap but honestly not that bad compared to similar options. If you want a USASOC clone this is it but I could care less about that... it’s just a 100% reliable, highly accurate upper that comes with everything you need. Rest assured this thing is battle ready as soon as you slap it on a lower. I also have had zero issues with mine being “over gassed” as stated in an online review or two. It is just not under gassed and is technically on the higher end so it will run ALL ammo. It’s not as lightweight as a BCM or Midwest Industries but it’s so smooth and man I am telling you this thing is rock solid!

These little rail covers are great! I have them for both M-lok and Keymod rails and they work very well and are easy to take on and off if needed. If you do a lot of shooting, your rail will get hot. These allow you to not worry about burning your hands.
