We have been through 2 of the scopes since September of 2015. Both have failed. The 1st one turned on several times and then totally quit. We returned it to ATN. Customer service at ATN is very poor after much effort we got them to take it back and send us a new one. We were excited to finally have a functioning unit. The unit worked for about 3 weeks during which we observed our cattle at night and got used to the features. We never used it for more that 10 - 20 minutes at a time. We finally took the unit into the field for what was to be an extended period of time. The unit failed within 1.5 hours due to lens fogging. We called ATN and again we had issues with having to return the product. We sent ATN photos of the fogging issue with the return. They did not repair or even look at it for over a week. We had to call repeatedly to get them to start the repair. We talked to them again on Wednesday December 9, 2015. We were told that the O rings had failed and they had replaced them and retested the unit. They said they were sending it out immediately. ATN sends confirmations of shipment when they send out products. We did not receive confirmation so we called them back on 12/14/2015. They did not know why it had not shipped but said they would call down and request it be
