For the people in California buying the Sig P365:
1. The model sold is the micro-compact, 3.1” barrel (365-9-BXR3P-MS-CA).
2. It comes with a magazine disconnect, so it will not fit the Wilson Combat grip module, unless you remove the magazine disconnect. Removing it is very easy.
3. It has a loaded chamber indicator, which does not affect the grip.
4. It has a safety, so you need to buy a grip with the safety cut, unless you want to cut it yourself.
5. The two 10 rounds magazines that comes with the Sig P365 CA are too short and will not fit the Wilson Combat grip module, unless you buy a base plate from Armory Craft (Wilson Combat Style Sig Sauer P365 XL Pinky Extension ADAPTER for 10rd Magazines), which will extend the magazine, but not the capacity. In fact, now I can only fit 9 rounds.
6. The Sig Sauer LIMA365 Laser will fit on the Wilson Combat grip module, but it is not as perfect fit as the original Sig Sauer grip module.
7. The Wilson Combat grip module will fit the magazines with capacity larger than 10 rounds.

I bought this so I would have a red dot on my Sig Sauer P226 Extreme. I was concerned about having to buy extra parts, like the firing pin, but all you have to do is to remove the old slide and put this one in place (apply lubrication), it comes with all components! you will need your barrel and spring. My P226 is a California model and the original slide came with a "Loaded Chamber Indicator", this one does not have, which I prefer.
The Red Dot is a 6MOA, but it is very clear, even for me with astigmatism. It has the "Motac (Motion Activated Illumination System)" that powers up when it senses motion and powers down when it does not. You can also turn it off/on manually.
I had to adjust both the iron sights and the red dot.
The red dot comes with a nice small plastic cover.
The iron sights do not glow at night and are taller than the original ones, so you can not replace them with the originals. Well, you could, but it would not work well.

I bought this to use on my Les Baer Premier II 1911.
Pros:
* It fits without any modification (Easy to install).
* The finish is very good.
* It works with ambidextrous thumb safety. There are many laser grips that will not.
* The batteries are stored on the left side and the laser is on the right side, so you can replace the batteries without losing zero.
* The green laser is more visible than the red (in day light).
* It came with 4 batteries and a tiny hex wrench (to adjust the zero).
Cons:
* It uses 4 batteries and they are not cheap (compared to other batteries).
* The tiny hex wrench is hard to use and very specific. Don't lose it!
* Two batteries came dead.
* I bought 4 new batteries and they were dead before I finished zeroing the laser. As a result, the laser would turn on at full power and a few seconds later it would dim to nothing. I probably shot less than 30 rounds while zeroing.
* You can program what the laser will do when activated. The program is confusing and I was never sure if it was doing what I wanted. It would be enough if we could simply choose the laser intensity.
* Hogue support was great, they sent me a RMA and I returned it the next day to be fixed. It has been 15 days and they are still working on it :(.
* On a sunny day, it is very hard to see the dot at 25 yards.
* It came with a tiny switch at the bottom of the grip. The switch is useless. It probably was used to turn the laser off, but now you can d
