Adjustments system died on a 300 Win Mag

I put this on a Browning BLR in 300 Winchester Magnum. A few shots into zeroing the adjustment system died. I took it off and tossed it in a box because the trouble and expense of sending it in for repair or replacement wasn't worth it considering the cheap price I paid for the scope. And, if I got a replacement, how long would that one last under 300 Win Mag recoil? These might be good scopes for a rimfire or low recoiling centerfire. Regardless, the one I have is toast.

Williams Gun Sight Aluminum Slot Blank
Simple and effective. I got tired of filing and fitting over and over again, then blueing and beating into place just to get one slot blank to fill a single dovetail. This Williams blank slides in and gets held in place by tightening a single hex screw. Life just got easier.
