I wanted to like this product but the factory P10F in .45 already had a multi spring captured guide rod. The DPM unit offered virtually nothing, I mean ZERO discernible difference in sight picture movement. The only difference was the dpm with the stiffest spring was noticeably harder to rack. I have DPM’s that work well in snappy 9mm guns with traditional guide rods, but the CZ P10 in .45 doesn’t need or benefit from one. I’d strongly recommend passing on this one and spending your $ elsewhere. Just my honest opinion, but you can do whatever the heck you want to. I’ll just end with “ I told you so…” to those who didn’t listen lol.

IT is the best budget trigger you can buy (PERIOD). Nothing comes close, the MBT-2S is joke at 115 maybe when they were 80 but even then this trigger would be well worth the upgrade. Having owned Diamonds, competition and now the duty range of TT. They are ridiculously close in terms of feel. The only thing you lose is the adjustability of their higher end models and insignificant change in trigger press. TT claims the duty has a longer pull with sharper reset. The reset is still nothing compared to milspec trigger but the break is on par with their Diamond series. I'm having a hard time justifying their Diamond trigger price after the performance from the duty. For a duty rifle or non competition rifle this will more than satisfy 95% of shooters needs.

Great Carbine Stock with additional storage capacity to power thermals/ night vision. The added design consideration allowing the user to remove the batteries without entirely removing the stock is a noted upgrade over the B5/LMT/VLTOR SOPMOD style stocks. I have also noticed that the Magpul has a much better fit than the aforementioned stocks on all my RE's (SOLGW A5/ BCM MK12/Aero Enhanced/V7/etc..) The Magpul tension springs offer superior fitment over the Sopmod style's. I always found B5 both the bravo and sopmods to be the worst. Overall the stock is cheaper, better designed, and superior when compared to the competition.

Upon receiving the SOLGW A5 length buffer tube, my initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The package revealed a tube marred by visible chips, indicative of rough handling, and the machining left much to be desired.
Externally, the tube displayed noticeable pitting and machining marks, giving it a rather unsightly appearance. However, it was the interior that truly raised concerns, as it was riddled with unsightly swirls. It left me questioning whether anyone had deemed such imperfections acceptable prior to the application of anodizing or Teflon coating.
As someone who had high expectations, especially given SOLGW's reputation for producing quality components, this experience was particularly disheartening. It's evident that there has been a decline in machining standards across the industry, with third-party manufacturers seemingly prioritizing cost-cutting measures over maintaining craftsmanship.
Overall, while I had hoped to give the SOLGW buffer tube a fair trial, its subpar quality ultimately left me deeply dissatisfied. For a company known for its commitment to delivering no-nonsense, high-quality parts, this particular product fell significantly short of expectations.

I recently purchased a buffer tube from Dark Hour Defense, hoping for a reliable and sturdy product as depicted on their website. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. The buffer tube I received was not only different from the one pictured online but also deviated from the information provided by their customer service.
Upon reaching out to their customer service for clarification before making the purchase, I was assured that the B5 stock was a "tight fit." Unfortunately, this couldn't have been further from the truth. The design flaw in their buffer tube resulted in significant play when paired with various stocks, excluding only the MFT Minimalist. Both the B5 Sopmod/Bravo & Vltor IMOD/EMOD stocks exhibited excessive rattling, and the position detent allowed for an unsettling 3mm back-and-forth movement.
This constant need to readjust my cheek weld every time I presented the rifle became a frustrating and inconvenient aspect of using Dark Hour Defense's buffer tube. What's more disappointing is the lack of accurate representation on their website. Despite having changed the design years ago, the outdated images and information persist, creating a misleading experience for potential buyers.
In an attempt to rectify the situation, I exchanged the Dark Hour Defense buffer tube for the SOLGW Loyal 9 A5 Buffer Tube. The switch brought about a refreshing change as SOLGW delivered exactly what was promised—a high-quality A5 buffer tube without the play and incon

I wanted to try this buffer tube out given the limited number of A5 length options. I received my tube in a white cardboard box and upon opening it, I noticed the buffer tube is substantially different from the ones pictured. The tube has no machining in the rear, no chamfering around the radius, no drain hole, and only 3 of the 4 drain holes pictured in the detent slots. To top it all off, the stocks I tried all have substantial play. B5 Sopmod is comically loose at least 3mm forwards and backwards from the selected detent position and my Vltor Emod is just as bad. This is a good old switcharoo. They aren't selling the product shown, poor business practice in my opinion. The "current" iteration is flat in the rear with 3 vent holes on the bottom. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if the pictures and product descriptions where accurate.
