This heavy duty polymer clamping tool is just what the doctor ordered when it's time to service AR-15 upper. This vital tool enables the user to to securely clamp an AR upper receiver into a bench vise without the fear of crushing, twisting, or damaging the AR upper housing. It's this writers honest opinion that when utilizing the JP Enterprises Universal Vise Clamps in conjunction with the above mentioned vise block clamp you have the best, most secured, method of holding an AR15 upper receiver in a normal bench vise. This device is only for direct gas guns & not a piston system. Most shooters only know about tuning your AR via the replacement of the buffer & buffer springs. 1 ) Now you set up a course operation of your AR with the buffer / buffer spring. 2) Now with this JP adjustable gas block you will be able to fine tune & match the load of the bullet to your rifle. These JP vise clamps are a great way to hold an AR'S upper receiver so service & / or modifications can be performed. It should be noted that these JP vise clamps can be used in any vise, or as a third hand, is needed. The jaws are made of aluminum alloy, machined = flat & square, and hard coat anodized to protect the jaws as well as the surface these jaws may come in contact with. The design is outstanding to even include installed magnets to keep the jaws from detaching from your bench vise and falling onto the floor. This JP item is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. It's this writers opinion that anything JP puts there name on has been properly engineered, machined,and assembled for maximum performance & quality. It appears that JP products are built with quality ( in mind ) and not slapped together while hoping that the item doesn't fall apart after the consumer uses it once. THE BATTERY LIFE IS OUTSTANDING & SHUTS ITSELF OFF AFTER 12 HOURS IF THE OPERATOR FORGETS TO POWER DOWN THE SIGHT. Good day all. Considering the size of this light the 800 lumen performance and engineering is outstanding. So far the durability and the build quality of this product meets / or exceeds my expectations. This writer is a very boring and demanding person but when I design a tactical build I research to the point of boredom. I learned very early in life that if you buy cheep and / or second best you will never be totally satisfied. In a security breech situation your equipment must work and cheep doesn't cut it, especially if your life is on the line. It is this writers opinion that this TL-1 HL flashlight will be able to clearly identify a threat in a dark tactical situation. Be safe, and may GOD BLESS AMERICA.
