Duds Galore

Unfortunately, I purchased two 400 round boxes. Never have I experienced so many misfires. I shoot Winchester, Remington, Blazer, and Aguila with virtually none, so I know it is the ammo and not my rifle. If it were a bolt action, it wouldn't be so inconvenient, but with a semi-auto it puts a real kink in my rapid fire drills! For the sake of others, I hope this is just a couple of bad lots and not a consistent product defect.

The rail is very sturdy with three mounting screws for a strong, tight fit. It is cleanly machined and nicely finished to match the original equipment. It is long enough to allow for a range of positions for the front grip plus a rail mounted light.

Spikes Tactical Charging Handle - Forged
The handle seems to be very sturdy and its fit and finish are excellent. It cycles as well as the original charging handle that come with my M4. I purchased this to add to my spare parts kit for the unlikely event that the original is somehow damaged.

The grip seems to be very well made, overall. It is sturdy with positive click stops for each position, which includes vertical, 45 degree, and flat to the rail. The only negative is that it has a bit of play in each position but I consider that acceptable since that slack is eliminated when holding the rifle against my shoulder. There is a cap on the bottom that unscrews so you can use the inner space for small items like a batteries.

NcSTAR Vism AR15/M4/AK Quad Magazine Pouch
I purchased with expectation of carrying 2 AR mags per pouch. I have Lancer and Pro Mag Magazines and they did not fit in pairs into each of the 2 pouches so I returned the item. Perhaps it would hold 2 metal mags per pouch but if so it should state that in the description.
