*note* the mount pictured and described is the older model that raised it up 2.1" center line. It has been discontinued and the new model (according to the manufacturer) will only clear the magpul mbus pro. But still, it raises the scope and pushes it back so you're not fighting the terribly short eye box allowing you a much more comfortable heads up position. IMO a total necessity. I wish we had these in the army.

Condor Outdoor Battery Cases
It is a battery case. It's cheap, and does the job. But, the little ridges in the body to keep aaa batteries from rolling around gets in the way of cr123 batteries (the only ones I've tried so far) and the top won't close. These need to be trimmed a little to allow full function.

Maybe it's due to the mounting style of the mpx (gen3) and this is necessary to maintain zero on the top rail, but this handguard is *extremely* tight. It was very difficult to put on and I'm currently unable to remove it (hence 4 stars)
