Blade-Tech Nano IWB Holster
I was looking for something small, light, and rigid with snaps instead of clips. Nano doesn't disappoint. With 2 adjustable loops you can set it with our without a cant. It can work with most belt and you just trim the extra if you won't be using bigger belts. So far I find it comfortable enough I forget I'm wearing it.
Great for someone who changes pistols but wants to run the same basic rigs

BlackHawk SERPA Quick Disconnect System Kit
I like these mounts. They are lightweight and feel pretty tough. I wanted to be able to swap handguns on my web gear without all the hassle of buying a bunch of adapters and holsters. Now I can run 1 holster in 3 different ways with additional kits and it quick to swap. I plan to get more in the future.

These are plastic and they are asymmetrical so you can mount you mag pouches on the drop leg rig. So far they seem fine for the purpose. I would not use them for anything other than the Blackhawk leg rig since they are plastic and they might not be good for mounting lights or other accessories to anything else. The hole pattern probably won't match anything else anyway.
