Super bright AC powered lights, clear large magnifier, and heavy gooseneck. Can't do any better for less than $40. No complaints or suggestions whatsoever. It's going to clear the work surface by 12-16 in, so bear that in mind when selecting seating.

This is obviously meant to go over some vest or plate carrier, so wearing it over a shirt will feel a little sloppy. Just fine with a hoody or jacket though. I'll try to make a sling for the opposite shoulder with some webbing, to make it move less. Other than that, a decent belt with gel padding and 6 packs thrown in for around $30 is tough to beat.
