Impressive for the price

I am very impressed with the quality of this scope for the price. Side focus as others have said is a little stiff but very manageable. A separate focus on the eyepiece for the recticle. The height and windage knobs adjust easily without a tool. The distance between the bells and adjustment turrets seems different which required me to replace my original mounts with a rail to get the rings in the right position.

I was really impressed with the construction of these rings. Nice and wide with instructions including the correct torque settings. They mounted with no problem to the rail. For a 40 mm scope, the low mount would have been adequate.

The scope and rings that I purchased would not work with my Ruger American Long Action Rifle’s original mounts. This rail gave me more leeway to mount the rings and scope. As with all things Leupold, it’s top quality.
