This is a great rail if you are looking for the following:

Lightweight (just over 8 ounces)
Reasonable amount of M-LOK mounting points
Strength and studiness
Very attractive price point
Stylish appearance

The plethora of M-LOK mounting points is great. To achieve its lightness, M-LOK is only available at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock position. This isn't a bad thing.
The multiple quick detach points embedded make this rail even better. Midwest Industries has been very smart in making plenty of QD points available.

The ACSS reticule being integrated into the Holosun "red dots" results in a great product.
The optic is fast and accurate. The chevron achieves "zero MOA" because it isn't a dot. You can dial it in very precisely. The 65 MOA circle helps with framing a target and the chevron enables accuracy on target.
I do see 2 drawbacks to this reticle.
The first is the BDC. The 3 dots are of limited value without magnification. So, you add a magnifier cost and space consumed and you might as well consider a variable 1-4x, 1-6x or 1-8x optic that gives you everything you need in one.
The other drawback is that you can only turn off the 65 MOA circle. It would be great if you could turn the 3 dots off also and just have the chevron or chevron 65 MOA circle with no visible dots. They can be a little distracting.
Maybe Holosun will feature that in the next generation of this product.
