I was looking for decently priced threaded barrels and this one showed up on my recommended. I was looking at questions and reviews. One of the questions was does it fit gen 5 17’s the answer was yes. But it was false. The recoil spring sticks through the end and pushes the slide past the trigger so it won’t rack and does not go into battery. Not sure if it’s a manufacturing defect or not.
