The SGM Tactical Glock 17 Compatible Match Barrel is a perfect drop it fit for my G17. The finish is excellent and I have not had any feed or extraction issues in the first 500 rounds. Great product and price from Optics Planet.

I got a glock 17 gen 4 in a trade. I have always been a sig sauer guy. I took it to the range and liked it. Bought this barrel because of the price and it is worth it plus some. It allowed me to put a muzzle brake on it.

Each barrel is manufactured to SGM engineering standard for durability and accuracy and heat treated to SGM barrel specifications. The Threaded Nitride coating provides the ultimate combination of heat absorption and lubricity making this the worlds most advanced barrel. The SGM Match Series features exceptionally consistent internal dimensions resulting in a: tighter tolerances; less overall chamber variation; less tooling drag; less overall perceived recoil; less muzzle jump and muzzle jump. The threaded breech provides the maximum contact with the frame for reliable lockup. Designed to SGM engineering standards this barrel will not require a registered gunsmith installation.image
