Missing screw
Received quickly, however the top picatinny rail was missing two screws used to hold it on... Product was advertised, glock 20 fit in like a glove. No play in it when handgun is inserted. Aside from the missing screws i feel it was a good purchase.
Cool idea, poorly executed
Got this rig because I wanted to run my G21 suppressed in it. The good: It fit my Rugged Obsidian can no issue. The bad: There is too much play in the system to zero a top mounted red dot or iron-sights. They amount of play between the gun and chassis is so great that my groupings were well over 12" at 50 yards. I can shoot the pistol more accurately without the chassis. Also the simi enclosed system does nothing in the way of mitigating gas, so if you are intending to run a gun suppressed in this kit, you're going to get gassed out. The extra mag holder is also poorly designed, almost like it was an afterthought. Its clunky, wiggles freely, and with a spare mag inserted adds considerable height to the overall system. The mag holder basically has the same quality as a fast food toy.
The system is a cool idea that can hopefully be improved in a Gen 3 version but as it currently stands, its only good for turning your Glock into an inaccurate range toy.

Pros:
- Fits Suppressor
Cons:
- poorly designed
- inacurate
- no gas mitigation
Best Used for:
- range toy

Total Bust- BUYER BEWARE
I bought my CAA Gen 2 Micro Conversion Kit for Glock 20/21 a week ago and it doesn't work with my G21 Gen3. This item is marked as Final Sale "Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges." So I'm going to have to modify it to use it. It wouldn't allow the pistol to fit properly into the sliding chamber of the kit causing the lower locking latch to NOT close. The charging handles would not arm the weapon as well with or without the lower locking latch closed. The funny thing is, I have the Gen 1 Micro Conversion Kit for my G17 and it works absolutely fine. So I'm not sure why this one is defective from OP. I'm going to contact the CAA MCK Company to see what they can do before modifying it myself. I hope you have better luck than me.
NOTE:I should have known something was wrong when I saw the "Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges." I was too excited about the pricing.

Glock 21 Conversion
When purchased, add said it came with all the extras. Took a couple weeks to get it & it was just the device itself. Went back to add & it had been changed to the device only, but whatever. Note that the extra mag holder up front is narrow, for the the G20 mags. The adaptor for the G21 mags works well, but physically lowers the extra mag substantially. Running extend G21 mag in the pistol & standard mag up front, evens their (downward) length.
Pros:
- Cool factor & add on options
Cons:
- All add one are substantially extra
- Extra mag holder for extended G21 mags makes them too long
Best Used for:
- Getting down to business
