Does not fit all stocks. - Caldwell Swivel Stud to Picatinny Rail Adapter Plate

Very easy to install and performs perfectly. I put one on my Ruger 10/22, with Hogue Overmolded stock, and it fit great! Bought one again and installed it on my Ruger Precision Rimfire. Another home run! I then bought one for my new Savage A17. Due to the stepped down design of the stock, the Savage swivel stud WILL NOT align with the Caldwell Pic Rail Adapter. I should have taken one off my existing firearms and tried it first. Just make sure the stock's underside is levcl. I'll probably get a Boyds stock down the road and will install it on that. I still highly recommend this device.
