Does not look like it. This is designed to fit your standard sporter profile stock. The At-One appears to have a flat bottom where the swivel studs are.

My Marlin 795 22 has inset sling swivels. To mount this on my rifle I had to fill the inset and put a flush mount sling swivel on stock. This mount will work well for rifles that already have a flush to the stock sling swivel mount.
