A great design, a good price, but don’t get the M-Lok version if you don’t have the M-Lok slots!
The versatility and function of this bipod puts it in the same class as the Atlas and the Accumax bipods that sell for over $200.
It really is that good! As of 08/23/2018 you won’t find this model reviewed or demonstrated on YouTube: it’s that new!
But the legs extend forwards and backwards, inde...

$100 for a $30 Bipod
The only positive note is it is light. This is not worth the money. First and foremost in the irritant department is the swivel that refuses to lock and just flops around, discerning. Next would be the friction leg height adjustment that is annoying and hope you're not in a hurry. Lastly would be th...

Great Bipod at a reasonable price
Great mid level Bipod. Easy to use and does everything I needed a bipod for.
Would recommend: Yes
accumax bipod
lite weight , swivels too easy hard to keep in same position
Pros:
- lite weight
Cons:
- too easy to swivel
Best Used for:
- Target shooting
Would recommend: No
Wobble, wobble, wobble.
This bipod looks good and is lightweight but the latching system that controls rotation is junk. It will not lock out when the lever is completely tightened and there is no way to overcome this. It is wobbly as heck which makes precision shooting more difficult. Someone said this thing is worth about $30 not $100. I think they were being kind. A better, light weight bipod in the same price range would be the Magpul. Get it instead!

caldwell bipod
the bipod seems sturdy and I liked the carbon fiber construction as this was surprise, it matched well with the barrel on my Christensen BA Tactical rifle. it is easy to adjust and was easy to mount to the pic rail.
Pros:
- Ease of Adjustment
Cons:
- none yet
Best Used for:
- any tpe hunting or precision shooting
Would recommend: Yes
Chose what the pros use!
Very light weight and easy to set up and operate. No bulky springs on the legs and its positive locking arm secures the platform quickly so you can get on target quickly. I spent some time researching bipods and this one stands out above the typical lot. Quality at a reasonable price that is hard to beat.

Light weight, lacks quick deploy ability
It is a great bipod, very light weight. Though it’s light weight design makes it intraquet to deploy. Great use for a hunting rifle when you won’t want to carry any unnecessary weight. Only draw back is the button release needed to retract the bipod each time, can get frustrating at times
Pros:
- light weight
Cons:
- Lack of quick deployment
Would recommend: Yes
Will not connect to the DDM4 V11 Daniel Defense AR
The attachment system on the bipod does not connect to the rail on my DDM4 V11. It will attach to the top of the rail, but that seems to hinder the ability to actually use the bipod, not to mention the inability to use the scope on the top rail. I have sent questions to Caldwell (BTIbrands, owner of company, I believe) asking them if there is another piece of the puzzle that needs to be purchased in order to hook to the SLIM Rail on the DDM4 V11.
Pros:
- Looks good
Cons:
- Does not hook up, maybe Gorilla glue?
