Most Helpful Positive Review Works great just too big for small lenses
This is made by a telescope manufacture for use on eyepieces, right? Why then is the pad the size that would be great for my digital SLR? It works easily and great on low magnification and wide field eye pieces but is not ideal for many high magnification eyepieces. For example, it would probably work great on a TeleVue Nagler or Celestron Ultima LX which I think have big pieces of glass even for high magnification eyepieces but on an original Celestron Ultima series 7.5mm or 5mm it is simply too large. superior cleaning and convenience

the celestron optics cleaning tool is the handiest item for optics care.I use it on my vortex red dot my steiner scope and binocs regularly. It fits in shirt pocket easily and there is no tool so convenient and easy to use. brush is good for dust and large particles while pad removes smudges. I will buy another just for hunting and one for telescope and binocs.

Very clean

Having worked with lenses for over 35 years I've tried a number of cleaning products and I find this one to be the best and easiest to work with. I would highly recommend this product and it's now in my cleaning kit.

Not bad for the money

Works well will see how long the cleaning solutions keeps end moist. I have used for scopes and binoculars. Was a little nervous about using on high end optics, so far no issues. It has cleaned off old residue that a Tshirt just smeared around. Overall works well.

Good job cleaning

Easy to use and does a nice job cleaning dust from the lens. Very convenient to carry with you, about the size of a pen. Haven't used it for fingerprints but does well with small smudges and dust. Overall very good.
