Perfect fit and finish

Looks amazing. Definitely felt reduced recoil. Works great if you go with an aftermarket slide with reduced weight due to many window cutouts. This will correct stovepipe issues on aftermarket slides. It’s also a great value. Overall perfect inexpensive upgrade for Glock 17 or similar model.

Creates malfuntions

The guide rod has an extra lip behind the front one that creates hangings on the slide preventing it from sometimes going fully into battery. It could be only on light weight springs, however I had many malfunctions that went away when I put the OEM recoil spring back in the gun. It makes the gun softer when shooting but unreliable.

Great product

Fits and looks great on the Glock 17. The color matches all other Centennial Defense parts exactly. If using it with a compensator you will have to use 124 grains or higher because the 114 grains will not work properly. I kept getting misfeeds until I changed the ammo.

This recoil spring has options. I went with a 15lbs. I am pleased to tell everyone it is amazing!! The way it changes the look and function of the Glock 19 Gen 5 is FLAWLESS. This is a very simple upgrade. Just remove old, put it back in your Glock case, and take 30 seconds to upgrade your Glock ���
