Most Helpful Positive Review Champion Electronic Ear Muffs
The Champion electronic ear muffs are a good basic set of muffs. For the cost conscious shooter this set is hard to beat. It has individual volume adjustment knobs on each muff. A single control would be preferable. If you need more features you'll spend much more. I cannot write as to the dura...

Most Helpful Negative Review Champion electronic earmuffs
I have only used these electronic earmuffs a dozen times when I've gone to the indoor range. I keep them safely in my gun case at all other times. Because the gun club across the road is using the range this evening, I decided to get these earmuffs out and put them on. When I turned them on, I fo...

Champion Ear Protection

by NapaMan10, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on January 28, 2015
I bought these about 2 month ago and have used them about 6 times now. Ear protection is good and so is the quality. THey are electronic and work very well inside the range. I'm able to have conversations while shots are going down range next to me. Since they are a little wider i use them specially for pistol shooting; I have another pair that are thinner so its a little easier to plant my cheek on the stock - but thats a personal preference.
Pros:
  • Sound protection, comfort and ability to use the electronic component effectively
Cons:
  • Wider than normal but not really a big issue
Best Used for:
  • Indoor or Outdoor

worth the money

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on September 6, 2010
These are worth the money, but they have a low hiss when you set the volume up. They do exactly like the high dollar Peltors, when you shoot or have a loud noise they cancel it and then regain volume.
Pros: price
Cons: a little bulky with my AR-15
