Choate 7 Shot extension Winchester 1200 works for Ted Williams M200 20ga
The description for this item say that it works with Winchester 1200, 1300, Ranger 120 and Defender in 12 gauge. I have a Ted Williams M200 manufactured for Sears&Roebuck by Winchester in 20 gauge. This shotgun is identical in most of its parts to the Winchester 1200 in 20 gauge. This extension works like a charm for my 20 gauge and increased capacity for 2 3/4" shells to 7 with one in the chamber as advertised. Thanks for the great product.

Service was great, the magazine extension looks great but the magazine thread is too short and could lock to the original magazine.

Perfect Extension
Perfect tube extension for my Winchester Ranger 12 gauge shotgun project. Quality product. Comes with everything necessary for a simple installation. Very happy with it. Note: shows a sling ring with the barrel clamp. This was not included. Only the stud at the end of the clamp bolt. This was fine with me because I won't be slinging this shotgun anyway. Also, this is a one-piece extension. The one ordered must be specific tor the shotgun. The only piece I will change is the plastic follower. Will go aluminum. Also, must understand when considering this extension it only increases the tube capacity to 6 shells. 7 shot extension refers to one in the chamber.

Works perfectly on Defender 20ga 4+1
Bought to use on a Winchester Defender 20ga, 18.5" 4+1. I remember looking for aftermarket parts for this thing 15+ years ago and couldn't find much aside from stocks that interchange with the 12 gauge. Decided to look into again and learned that the 20ga supposedly uses the same mag tube as the 12. Ordered this on whim and it actually works! Moved it up from 4+1 to 6+1. Using euro 2 3/4 shells (that are just a hair shorter than Federal 3") there is a tiny bit of room after the last shell is inserted. With 3" it barely locks in. Haven't ran it yet, but cycled several times on the bench and no hangups or hesitation from the follower. It extends a hair past the muzzle, but I can live with that for the extra round of capacity.

Mag Extension
This Mag Extension is very well manufactured and does exactly what it was designed to do. It is lightweight but still built strong. It didn't take any special tools and in less than 10 minutes it was on my Winchester 1300 and loaded.
