worked on palmetto state armory lower with a lot of work
The lower receiver cavity where you place this piece on the PSA lower is quite shallow.
To make this fit I had to cut down the base with a well sharpened knife as THIN as possible to the point I was wondering if it would do anything.
Then I had to cut off the front 1/3 of the base.
With all that trimming it just barely fits but it does take all the wiggle out of the my ar15.
It is a little more difficult to push in my rear takedown pin when putting the receivers back together. Because the fit is so tight I do have to use a punch to push out the rear takedown pin.

Simple and efficient
A very simple concept that makes a noticeable difference in fit on an AR-15 rifle. Inherently, any rifle that has two pivoting pins is going to have some sway to them. By putting some gentle pressure on the pin, this wedge makes the assembly feel much more solid. My Colt M4 Trooper is no rattletrap by any means but this took up the available slop for a great result. At this price point, its kinda hard to go wrong.

A little to small
It would work fine if you had minor slop between your upper and lower if it’s a considerable amount I recommend a different one. It fit fine just wasn’t quite big enough to elimante all the slop. It does allow you to still push out the take down pin though without excessive force

Wedged it good.
I use these even on lowers with tensioning screws as they provide the snuggest fit possible. The CMMG seem about as good as any of the other brands I have tried, maybe a bit softer. Whether thats good or bad just depends. Any fitment problems can be solved by trimming with a sharp knife.

CMMG Accuwedge
Popped this lil guy in and at first it was a very tight fit. Too tight almost. After a couple openings and closings of the upper, it fit perfectly into place. Highly recommend. You’ll date celebrities when they see how tight your game is.

Cool product
Its not a neccesary item to have for your ar15 and I couldnt tell you if its more accurate or not. But personally I dont like any slop in my guns and the accuwedge tightened up my upper&lower. Worth the money to me.
