CMMG makes great equipment and this small and often overlooked buffer retainer is no exception. The fit and finish are excellent and the retainer itself is sturdy and strong. This buffer retainer is my "go-to" buffer retainer kit for building out any caliber AR lower. Don't settle for a no-name part with questionable quality control. Get the CMMG and then never think about it again.

Needed to replace my buffer retainer and spring. I've used CMMG parts before and they are quality parts and priced very reasonably. Was a quick swap / install and now I have a brand new buffer retainer. I'll probably buy another for my spare parts box.
