Most Helpful Positive Review Liner compensator
I got this for a 1911 build as I wanted something before I got a suppressor. it did come with a crush washer, but I couldn't use it with the barrel. I managed to use blue Loctite and torque it down on the threads. It works really well and it is noticeably different. I didn't even need to change the recoil spring weight! Would I buy again? Yeah I probably would. (Probably better on a PCC)

Nothing earth shattering, but it does reduce noise.

Based on Ruger LC Carbine Reviews for accessories, I bought this for my 10mm LC Carbine. I will qualify this by saying that I used a noise meter application on my IPhone and there were some potentially impacting environmental issues (ie. there was a wall on one side of my firing lane, a berm 20 yards in front of my firing position, and I placed my phone 6 feet behind me to keep the mic from blowing out). Anecdotally, it feels like more muzzle blast is directed forward, but my noise meter indicated it was less than 2% quieter with the brake (again, meter behind me). I'll retest in a more controlled environment and edit comments as necessary. You're always going to need hearing protection, but I'm hoping if I fire under pressure, it limits my hearing damage.

Works great. Installed on a Ruger LC .45 carbine. I'll even go so far as to say it improved accuracy and the sound mitigation is a gimme.
