perfect for me
I purchased the HSGI IFAK to replace a similar but smaller IFAK. The HSGI is the perfect size for me. My contents,2 pair medical gloves,1 decompression needle, 1 nasal air way, 1 pack Quick Clot gauze, 1 Israeli bandage, 1 2 pak Compact Chest Seals, and my preference to add to my IFAK 1 2"ace and a ...

$60+ for a pouch
This is as deceiving as it gets with product information. An IFAK roll I expected to have an IFAK in. Garbage. This is why military grows to hate ops gear because it’s not about looking out for military it’s about over charging and deceiving to look “cool” or “Operator AF”. With no tangible use in r...

High Speed IFAK pouch
It’s a bit smaller than I expected. Website’s should do better with pictures that a person can get an idea of the size like in someone’s hand or next to a coke cola bottle etc. I was able to fit an advanced IFAK and an extra hemorrhage bandage and tourniquet with some elbow grease. It’s made of high quality materials. I would venture to say that it should last and take a beating. Of course there are people out there that would try to eat cereal with a fork and those same people could break an anvil.
Pros:
- Looks cool
- Tough and flexible works great and as ad
Cons:
- Not as big as advertised
- Hard to put in the sleeve in a hurry. If u deploy it in the field u will have to leave the kit sleeve cause u cant put it back yourself and your teammate will probably be busy
Best Used for:
- Milsim
- Anything in the MIL/LE tactical world
- hiking and camping

Poor retention
I wore this med roll on my patrol belt for about six months. I like the concept overall, but the roll popped out several times while I was working. There is only friction keeping the pouch in the sleeve. I recently came across a design by Live the Creed which resembles this but has a buckle on each end of the pouch to help retention until you need the roll. I would recommend comparing the two and seeing which would work better for you.

Nice pouch
I bought this to go on my duty belt for work. The mounting options are sold I used the horizontal belt mount. I am running a 2” belt and had no trouble mounting this. I like the ability to adjust the tension for the release of the pouch it works well for me. I originally tried running this on my belt in the small of my back. This didn’t work well for me. Even though I only had minimal medical products in it. I ended up mounting this on the left side of my vest so it is still reachable with both hands. Over all the construction of this product is excellent and well thought out. Just remember that this is the holder and pouch only NO MEDICAL SUPPLIES ARE INCLUDED.
Pros:
- well built
Cons:
- Can be thick after supplies are added
Best Used for:
- I used it for duty carry

Great Kit - but beware
Great little pack. Like the quick deploy a lot and the ability to strap in on a tourniquet. The inner button came broken however (poor weld?) and I am still waiting on a response to rectify. So buy at your own risk!
Pros:
- Great Size
- Fits over a belt mounted knife
- fits a good amount of medical supplies
Cons:
- Item came damaged

Reflex Ifak
Very good product, we’ll built and has ample room for medical supplies. I have used other Ifak’s before but the design and quality of this one is great. I was hesitant to purchase this based on the price and being unfamiliar with the company. It once I received the product and opened it, I was surprised and very happy with the product and the price. Looks very durable, will update after some use in the field.

Deceiving NAME buyer beware
They advertise an IFAK kit included but it is not!!!! I'd recommend that they say NO MED IFAK KIT. JUST pouches..... Not have it labeled IFAC kit when there's no kit in the pouches. Go with another brand that actually sends what they say in the Tittle or thats not deceiving like this one!!!!

Ifac review
Great fit and durability stays secure on operations which was a worry of mine but so far no problem. The bungie system to secure it stays put and has enough room for your basic needs. If your looking to go more streamline like I was it is definitely the way to go. I’ve carried the bulky old ifacs for years and finally got talked into moving up in the world ha. Definitely recommend

This thing is really big, ended up being too big for my belt and my needs but I still recommend it. Plenty of room for all your trauma kit, really awesome. I ended up keeping it and will use later down the road.
Pros:
- Plenty of room
Cons:
- May be large for some
Best Used for:
- Belt

IFAK review for HSGI
The best thing about this item is that is made in the USA! Excellent and durable construction with quality materials. I like the pull tabs/handles on both side for accessing it when one limb is out of commission or busy. Can also be used daily as a Quick snack pack loaded with Tactical gummy bears and such. Bread stick and Mentos fit perfect where decompression needles and glow sticks are usually held.
Pros:
- multi uses
Cons:
- price
Best Used for:
- medical supplies
Would recommend: Yes
