I've purchased two of these mag pouches. They are tough, and are easily adjusted for the level of retention you require. The only thing I wish were different is the use of the plastic belt loop. This is done so you can use the optional belt clip which is inserted into the the loop at 90 degrees and rotated to lock it in. Some may prefer this option, but I will never use the clip. It would be nice if you had the option of an all leather version.

Wrote previous review on mag pouch. The leather mag pouch gets five stars! Went to the range using this pouch and had the pouch turn completely upside down during the session. Luckily the way it turned didn't cause the pouch to come off. Will run my belt through the back from now on and forget the clip. Understand the concept but turns to easy. Not what you want if needing that reload.

Agree with previous reviews. The leather is typical blackhawk quality. But the plastic belt clip leaves something to be desired. Could not get a good look at it from the picture given. Time will tell, but definitely disappointed in the belt clip. Have a two, single stack mag holder that is all leather from blackhawk for my MP shield and love it. Have ordered the same for double stack mags. Will recommend this one, but on the fence yet.

I wear this mag pouch daily and am overall pretty pleased. It's comfortable. It rides close to the body, which is good for concealment. It has a retention adjustment so you can increase or decrease the retention to get the draw to your liking. One negative is the plastic belt clip could be more stiff.

Compared to GALCO, BIANCHI, SAFARILAND magazines, this product is NOT what I'd like to have. It was delivered quickly, but it is too short to provide the necessary protection to the entire length of my 1911 magazines. IT WAS DEFINITELY WHAT I HAD PAID FOR IT.

Mag Grab
Just what I needed to grab, pop on to my belt for action pistol leauge. I had some concerns when I saw the thin plastic belt clip. However, so far it holds securely and the Mag stays in place nicely. Clean design, looks nice in place.

Black Leather has Quality look.
Prefer mounted directly to belt for tighter concealment fit, without belt clip. Quality of leather is excellent.

Adjustible tension is handy for different magazine sizes. If you adjust angle of draw, though, it tended to pull of belt upon the draw.
