I purchased the green laser saddle for my Mossberg 590S. This is my home defense weapon and the laser is perfect for point and shoot action. It is super easy to install.

Disappointed with Crimson Trace not Optics Planet!

I just got this installed on my Shockwave. Turned it on and had it working properly for about 30 seconds. I turned it off to attend to some other issues. Came back in an hour and can not get it to turn on.. Optics planet did a fine job of providing all they said they would. This is the second laser site that I have had fail from Crimson Trace . I am not impressed!

LS-250 Lasersaddle Laser Sight for Mossberg (Red)

Disappointed that the battery cover doesn't have a nut to hold it in place. Checked the box and the packets and there is no nut or anything that can be used to hold down the battery cover. May have been a factory defect or during handling before shipping. First time I ordered the Laser Saddle was out of stock and waited for at least 3 weeks till I had to cancel the order. Tried re-ordering and now it has a defective battery cover. What a waste of time and money.

Good idea, poor quality

Bought it 3 years ago, put about 50 rounds through it. Check it every couple months and replaced batteries yearly, checked it 1 week past the end of the warranty and it would not come on, new batteries made no difference, checked reviews and found it's common for these. For the price it should last much better.
