CT Defender Laser Grip

Great product. Installed in 5 minutes on my Smith & Wesson 38 special. Went to the range and ran through about 50 rounds and it greatly improved my accuracy. Tools provided for adjustment as needed, but I didn’t need any adjustments after install.

A must have upgrade for your smith Wesson 642

Easy to install and super intuitive to use. Red laser is visible in bright day light. Highly recommended. The only downside is that the speed loader gets hang up a bit.

Poor Quality for the price

After adjusting and firing 25 rounds the laser sight was out of adjustment. This process continued every 25-75 rounds ... Then the horizontal adjustment screw completely stripped!as it is just threaded into the plastic grip. Huge waste of money and a extreme disappointment.

Laser grip

I really like this grip, it’s easy to install easy to use & really helps in my aim. I would recommend this grip especially if your not the best aim like me it really helps. It would be nice if it was just a little longer it’s the same size as the original grip.

Ok, so cool product. I have to say I like the texture and "grippyness" of my stock grips better but hey, you get a laser sight.

Sight activates no problem with a very natural grip, I have not sighted these in yet but I think that they will be a definite benefit on this type of pistol.

  • Activate wtih natural grip
  • Will fit in my existing Galco pancake holsters
  • Provided screws
Cons:
  • Not as grippy as stock
  • Did not use stock screws
Best Used for:
  • Self defense probably
