Love how you have more gripping area on the nut more than just your stock notches.

Dark Hour Castle Nut
Product itself is, in all likelihood, suitable for its task, however…. The picture does not match the product, and that was disappointing…. I was looking for a well QCd part with some kind of material pedigree that still looked like a regular, no nonsense castle nut. This has extra machining that deviates from the pattern of a traditional castle nut and is not what I thought I was buying.

Looks nice, just different than expected.
This is a nicely machined castle nut, however, it is different than the picture. Like the V seven castle nuts, there are wrench slots all around the nut, not just the normal 4 that are pictured.
It doesn’t look horrible, it just isn’t as subtle as what is pictured. I was looking for a clean OEM look, but it’s okay.
