User's Review of Dark Storm Industries DS-15 H2 Carbine Length Buffer
Installed it into a rifle-length gas system build, and it runs great. Soft recoil. Good quality construction, and being nice heavy stainless steel, will last forever. Yet it's cheaper than the aluminum versions - making this a sweetheart of a deal!
Pros:
- Stainless Steel construction,
- Incredible price point
- Soft Recoil due to H2
- Harder metallurgy should last forever
Cons:
- Took months to actually get delivered (but that will be case-specific on when you order)
- SS is non-standard metallurgy upgrade (should be better.... should - we'll see!)
