The Del-Ton two stage trigger has a steady, light pull and a sharp break after it hits the wall at the second stage. It's a little harder to install than monolithic trigger units, but it's worth the extra effort for this quality at this price.

Its pull is clearly less than the 4.5 lbs indicated, as other reviewers have noted, and that's why I chose to buy it -- for the light pull, you can't beat the price. Believe the reviews that say it's closer to 3.5 than 4.5.

Perhaps the only downside is the pull isn't quite smooth/low-friction as I've felt in nickel boron or nickel teflon coated fire control groups.

What an awesome improvement over factory\mil spec triggers. While not as good as Gieselle trigger, for the money this is a really good trigger. a snap to install (no tools required). No creep and a very smooth crisp break. If you're in the market for a reasonably priced match grade trigger, this one would be a good selection!

I nearly bought the Geissele SSA trigger - after a few videos and some thought, I opted for the Del-Ton - Glad I did.

The Del-Ton Two Stage installed in my lower has a pull around 3LB every time.
The break is amazingly crisp - nearly too crisp.
Hammer speed and power is on par with many others.
The reset is really smooth, less uptake that I thought from others videos - Very refined.

Although the Geissele needed slave pins to install, this has a captured retainer on the disconnector so, you don't have to worry about it popping out. If you want to play with springs, and dial your's in, you may want to know this.

The only areas that I could find to dial in where the sides of the cams that touch the inside of the lower walls - I usually polish mine, even the MilSpecs and then install, these already had a decent slick coating on them so, I left them with it. I injected Aroshel33 into the pin holes, and installed this on Anti-Rotation pins - It's as exact as you can get. The Lyman trigger gauge pulls around 3lb each try, the LowrsDigital pulls at 3.1LB thru 3.33LB, very consistent.

I now plan on buying 3 more sets..

Very happy with this trigger overall. Reset isn’t very positive, but that’s it’s only negative. Breaks clean and light. Mine breaks around 3lbs. For the price it’s hard to beat. Great for target shooting, but I wouldn’t trust it for home defense.

Replaced a not so well made trigger assembly that would hang on the 2nd stage. Installed the Del-Ton and after very little polishing it is super smooth. I you need want a nice trigger for short Money then this will fit the bill.

Ok, so I'm here in the tree not seeing anything but tree rats. And as everyone knows, the quickest way to make deer show is pick up the phone.

Optics Planet makes you enter in a bunch more characters than necessary so I'll kill a few here. It is a beautiful day here in Tennessee. The rubs are easily seen on the brow stalks of green Cedar trees, the Shagbark Hickory leaves are a deep brown, the Maples' leaves are a light brown with a touch of faint red. And a few subspecies of Oak are variegated green, yellow and red. Limestone outcroppings and individual stones litter the ground with the white of the bleached rock spattered with moss. White Oaks are nearly denuded leaving narrow opportunities through the trees. The ground is a dry grey showing the scrapes before me and the air holds the promise of well needed rain.

Ok, the trigger is the best at the price range. Very good for hunting, the 1st stage travel gives confidence in no accidental discharge (and we all know how embarrassing that can be this close to Thanksgiving with out-of-town guests' expectations so high) and the second stage is crisp.
