If you've read my review of the DeSantis belt slide thumb break scabbard, you might remember I said that holster NEEDS a belt like this to function optimally. Well, it does...With this belt, the holster does NOT move upward during a vigorous draw. Everything stays in place. Well made, good looking, functional and it's not SO thick that it screams "GUN BELT"! You can even wear it to church. Just make SURE that your belt loops, AND the slots on your holster can accommodate the 1 and 3/4" width...not all can. Highly recommended.

This is my 2nd purchase of this belt. I am well please with quality of the product. The price is high, but the belt Weil never stretch or saggy allowing your gun to show.

If you want a beautiful hand crafted belt to support a large frame handgun and holster, this is it!

This DeSantis B02 1-3/4" Fancy Stitched Lined Belt is perfect for all my large frame handguns. Presently, I use it for a 5" 9mm M9, a 5" .45 1911, a 6" GP100, and a 6-1/2" Mdl. 629. While designed to fit the belt loops on traditional jeans, it's actually sturdy enough to wear over your dress belt, independent of the belt loops, when needed. However, at a full 1-3/4" wide, make certain your holsters are cut for this width; not all are.

Great heavy duty belt that just fits the belt loops.

Two leather layers stitched together to provide a stiff and stable mount for my holster. Stitching prevents stretching as well as mechanical bonding to keep the belt together. Very fine product that I am sure will last a lifetime.

leather belt

Real stiff when new. It has loosened up with wear. nice leather and stiching is nice. Very well made and can hold a small cal hand gun holster. Belt should hold up a long time. Not your run of the mill belt. It is rich looking and very functional.

This is my second DeSantis belt I have purchased. I wore this belt everyday for 5 years. The only draw back was that it curled from wear. Over all it is a good quality belt.
Pros: Good quality leather and craftmanship
Cons: Belt needs to be a little thicker to keep it from curling from wear.
