I have carried my KelTec P3AT in a desantis pocket holster for 25 years.It hasn't worn out. I got this holster for a J-frame Smith. It carries well for hip or appendix use. The only retension is the shape of the holster and the gunbelt. I have a steel belt from Alien Gear and the combination works very well.
Pros:
  • Comfortable in both positions
Cons:
  • No retension except belt
Best Used for:
  • Civilian concealed carry
Would Recommend: Yes
