Junk worth less than a dollar.
I installed this Twang buster in my AR-15 with an ace Fixed stock using a rifle length buffer tube and spring, there was a little noise before, after i put the disk on thr spring the noise was louder. TOTAL FAILURE, WOULD NOT BE ORDERING ANOTHER.
ok for the range
The twang buster prevented the bolt catch/last round hold open from functioning correctly. The catch would barely hold and any movement the rifle would go into battery with or without a mag. I removed it and tried in different firearms same result.

Solid results
Not a JP Spring or even a Super 42 but for under $5 and the ability to swap buffers easily makes this a great choice for 300 blackout builds where you switch between H1 and H3 buffers for Subs and Super. Good budget option for your 556 gun too. Nice product and snaps in nicely so you know you did it right too!

Twang Buster
Definitely reduces the twang. Just like the ad says it would. Not gone 100% but less pronounced. Shipping is pretty quick with everything I order from Optics Planet, great site.
