Bought this kit to reduce felt recoil of my Glock 22 Gen 4. I like the option that you can swap out springs and washers if you need to convert it to 9mm or if the original 40 cal spring starts to wear out. The spring is a bit tricky to install in the slide as it wants to bend a little but this can be avoided with proper technique. limited lifetime warranty was the cherry on top.
