I started using a belt pouch years ago because of back problems--carrying my wallet in my hip pocket didn't help. When I got my LTC I got an S&W Shield and the Blackhawk pouch with the hidden compartment to carry it. Nobody noticed any change! Then a month ago I put a TLR6 on the Shield (the old eyes don't work like they used to, even after cataract surgery). With the laser/light mounted, the Blackhawk was just too tight a fit. Then I saw the Liberty and decided to give it a try.
The interior "holster" was easy to set up for my Shield. The only gripe is that the front sight snags a bit on the draw. Further adjustment may help that. A second mag fits just fine.
