If you're looking for an LVPO, I encourage you to look into this scope. The glass is very nice and clear. In low light, it gathers great light which is uncommon amongst various other LPVOs. I opted for the milradian, SR5 because I was brought up on milradian in the Corps. I really like the SR5 reticle for its quick acquisition at 1X and hold over dots and hashes at 10X. I've used this LPVO in Three Gun Matches several times and the quick power adjustability and forgiving eye box has made the Vudu one of my favorite. What else... Oh, the turrets have nice positive feedback and no mush. The reticle illumination control is fantastic. It's very easy to use and adjust while looking through the scope. It's also reassuring to know it's backed by EOTech's "No BS" lifetime warranty, even if you're not the first owner.

The reticle is one of the worst designs I've ever seen- particularly at 1x zoom- but the glass is great and 10x magnification is wonderful. I kinda wish I had bought a 3-12 scope, but this is at least somewhat usable at close range.
Pros:
- Great glass & light transmission

Excellent quality LPVO for the price. Like the 10x for the longer capable rounds like 6ARC guns.

I’m Very impressed with this scope. Having a NX8, credo, razor, mark 5 to compare this Eotech against it is a very impressive scope. Not only is the eyeybox huge, it’s crisp as can be at the edges. Put that with the almost nonexistent edge and you have a scope that is awesome both eyes open from all in the box. The reticle is very usable in the LE5 version and day bright also. The turrets are smooth and audibly tactile. Magnification adjustment is smooth and easy with the included throw lever installed. This scope is a great buy and would benefit anyone needing a versatile scope. I have it mounted in an ADM quick release recon mount to swap between a PWS mk214 308 and 2a armament 6.5 creedmoor. One is a duty rifle and the other a lightweight hunting rifle, stays zeroed in the mount and minimal adjustments are needed on the come up.
Pros:
- Massive eye box, clean crisp edges, great magnification range.
Cons:
- Non really, price is inline with other military grade optics
Best Used for:
- Close quarters to easily 900 yards

If you are looking for a LPVO with a FFP reticle this is now my top pick. Awesome eye relief that does not vary greatly from lowest to highest power and a huge field of view. Turrets have a good audible and tactile response, and dialing and returning to zero are repeatable. Clarity is very good. .30 caliber holes can easily be seen on target at 100 yards. My only mark against the scope is at 10x there is slight distortion along the perimeter (to my eye) and I wish the scope came with parallax adjustment, but for my use both of these short comings are greatly out weighed by the clarity and reticle.
Pros:
- Clarity and light transmission
- reticle and field of view
- magnification throw lever and tension

Best optic I ever buy. Worth every penny. The eyes relief is super long, and it stay the same even when you zoom out to 10x. Even in low light, it was super clear. With all that, the optic is still lighter than a lot of other one I see.

Clarity is crystal clear and the reticle is uncluttered and clean. Going to be a lot of fun hitting with precision out to 300, maybe 400 yards with my Ruger American Ranch bolt rifle in 7.62x39.
This is a great FFP scope.
