Most Helpful Positive Review not drilled for a pin&weld like shown in photos
if your planning on using this with a pin & weld, your gonna have to drill the hole on the muzzle brake even though the photos show it being pre drilled. it also has obvious machine marks near the base and on the tip if the brake. it did come with a crush washer for installation

The pictures are misleading

This item is quite small. If you have a pencil barrel then this will look slick. The pictures make it look like a larger muzzle brake and it's slim. There is no pre-drilled hole for pinning to barrel.

The finish from the break came off

After initially putting 120 rounds from a newly built rifle with this muzzle break installed the finish is already halfway off from the break. It is light and looks good but if the finish is not standing up to light use makes me question the quality of these products

Just right

I installed this on a CZ 512 .22-Magnum. The barrel is .555" at the muzzle. Looking for a device other than a thread protecter I found this. It went on easily with the supplied crush washer. Looks great and gives the 16.5" barrel the added length and weight to balance out the gun.

great for light weight builds

This is an awesome brake to use if you are trying to build out an extremely light weight AR-15 pistol,carbine,rifle etc. it works like a charm on my Voodoo innovations 14.5 inch barrel!! The fit and finish are good and it allows full removal of your gas block and/or barrel nut with out removing the brake first..the device is 0.620 and on a faxon or voodoo barrel that leaves you 0.005 of an inch leeway....so IDK how well it would allow disassembly once pinned and welded,i built a pistol so no worries...just something to consider on a carbine build.

Faxon Firearms .620in Streamline 3 Port Muzzle Brake

This break replaces a more expensive muzzle device from another well known manufacture on my build. It worked great, but, the Faxon break is much lighter and matches the profile of my Faxon Gunner profile barrel. The other plus of course is the ability to leave the break on the barrel and still be able to change gas blocks and barrel nut/handguards. I'll use the other break with a heavier profile barrel.

Perfect for pin and weld

This brake is absolutely perfect if you are looking to pin and weld a 14.5 due to the fact you can slip a low pro gas block right over it. It's super light and does a great job at reducing felt recoil.

Faxon low profile

After waiting Patiently for 7 months finally the part was back in stock and arrived,guys the Match to the Faxon pencil barrels is perfect highly recommend looks great on my sabal arms 10.5 SBR AR 15 recoil is smooth especially from the small barrel
