DanJM's Review of Faxon Firearms Integral Flash Hider AR-15 Barrel
I've owned several Faxon barrels, and have always been happy with the quality and features of these barrels.
This one is no exception.
The integral flash hider machined right into the barrel steel is a cool idea for those looking to get a 14.5" barrel in a legal full 16" config.
Balance of the gunner barrels are rather nice. Just a tad heavier than the pencil barrel, but having a noticeably more rigidity.
I have both profiles, and both are in fact great.
Go for the gunner if you just want to squeeze out a little heavier use and MAYBE accuracy. Tho, the pencil has not let me down yet.
