9mm, 124 grain, Hydra-shok, are very accurate in my Glock 19. I have carried these for years and they have been standard issue for quite a few police and Sheriff offices.

These are great self defense rounds! Check out ballistics gel testing. I use these round in my E.D.C. pistol. I like the security of Federal ammo quality. Also hydra shock rounds have been a go to for several law enforcement agencies.

Great personal defense ammo ! I use Federal Hydra -Shok 124 grain JHP 9mm defense ammo except when ever I can find Federal Hydra-Shok 9mm in 147grain at a good price . A close friend in LE told me his Police Department uses it in all of their 9mm firearms . He also uses for off duty he told . I found it to be extremely accurate and to date totally reliable in four different pistols 3 EDC same manufacturer different models and home defense a different manufacturer.
