A great Harris clone. Very well made.
This bipod operates just like the Caldwell Pivot XLA. I think the springs for 'spring out' are of better quality than the last couple of Caldwell Pivot XLAs I purchased. The only bipods I prefer over the Firefield Compacts are the Firefield Strongholds which offer Pivot, Panning and an locking lever at a great price also. Just like the Caldwell Pivot XLA, this bipod only pivots but generally costs less than the Caldwells.

Unit has a couple of issuses but nothing that will hinder its use.

Firefield Compact Bipod FF34023
I just installed this bipod on my 22lr rifle and didn't try it at the range yet. Looks and feels solid. The only flaw I've experienced was that the sling pivot attachment hole on the bipod was smaller than the pin's diameter on the Uncle Mike's pivot on my sling. Not a big deal, I just widened it with 9/64" drill bit and everything worked together fine. We'll see how it works at the range.
