Most Helpful Negative Review Wear marks

Out of the package the muzzle break has very noticeable wear marks. It looked like someone used a metal wrench and installed the part many times . Totally disappointed with the quality control with this company .

Great Muzzle Brake

The 5.56MM R.E.D. Barrel Muzzle Brake made a real difference in the recoil on my rifle. Makes for much faster follow-up shots. Some of the people I train with said it was louder and had felt concussion if they were next to me.

Pros:

Less recoil, more control.

Cons:

Louder and stronger concussion

Best Used for:

Recoil Control, Better Shot Placement

What no nut!

All Muzzle Brakes need to come with a timing nut. This one does not... other than that, it works fine.

Fortis muzzle brake

Fits well and looks good installed, doesn't look like a mistake like other brakes. Have not got to fire rifle yet due to hand surgery but should work much better than not being there. 4 stars just because I have not fired yet. Optic Planet is great, ships very quick.

Awesome muzzle brake

Affordable, super easy to install, no issues whatsoever. It significantly reduced the recoil on my AR. Only downside is that it’s loud and tends to upset other folks at the range.

Great muzzle brake!

Added it to my new rifle, after 10 rounds I could tell this brake had reduced the recoil making it slightly more accurate.
