Franklin Armory BFSIII B&T-C1 Trigger - Binary Firing System for B&T APC9
Let me set the context for my review. Almost every gun in my collection has been refined with aftermarket components to enhance the operation of gun. This typically starts with the fire control group. And results in a trigger that is competition grade polished smooth, zero take up, breaks like a gla...

I have a Franklin trigger for my AR it works well. This trigger is not worth half the price tag. The selector is extremely sloppy. The detent is terrible engineered, perhaps an afterthought if that. For this price they should include a detent spring that provides positive retention and engagemen...

These work great, the only downside is sometimes the safety selector is very easy to move, some of that i feel has to do with the dimensions of your selector hole ; not to big of a hole and not to small. Also making sure not to pinch your detent spring at an angle when snugging down your grip . Also make sure your trigger pin is lined up with the holes when you drive your pin through so you don't mess up your IDES spring that sits under the detent. It is possible for some people to out run this trigger by pulling the trigger to rapidly , however i find this to be a pretty rare occurence and i not certain ive had it happen to me on an AR15, but it did happen a couple times on the GHM9 9mm PCC. The selector switch is also a pretty much perfect profile of length and thickness for me , easy to use , doesn't dig into your hand while gripping the pistol grip and manipulating the lever.
Pros:
Fun
Easy to install
Runs pretty reliable
Nice selector
Not finicky with ammo
Good trigger weight
Different springs to get it how you want it
Cons:
kind of pricey
Some recievers have a little slop in the safety selector
Possible to outrun trigger though fairly rare for me
Best Used for:
fun

YES, it's made me give it Five Stars ☆☆☆☆☆ All The WaY ▪this trigger assembly has functioned flawlessly for me in a Colt AR/M4, a PalmettoStateArmory (PSA) and M&P Sport II. ▪this trigger it is a definite Smile or Laugh maker while enjoying the seemingly full auto sound and function from a semi auto firearm. ▪ wuth a but of practice, can put bullets on target with surprising accuracy in binary mode, and definitely when in Semi Auto. ▪secret's in the breathing by exhaling slow and bottom of breath gently squeeze trigger. So, now, please 《NOTE》- AR15 platform users or owners who are not completely familiar with How To Disassemble, Clean or doesn't fully understand the mechanical aspects of any firearm ▪PLEASE, take time to research and educate before handling, using and disassmbling a firearm. NOW, for the Installation of this trigger - Do NOT lose the safety lever Detent Spring or the Detent plunger, they are tiny and no doubt the most lost or forgotten parts of disassembling/ assembly - that being said ☆ it's a FuN Trigger ☆
