My second one, awesome holsters, fit firearm great, and retain firearm securely, and provides a smooth draw when needed. Finish is great with even color throughout the entire holster, In my opinion best quality holsters on the market are Galco branded. Galco holsters cost more upfront than others, but after all how much is your life worth, God forbid, when and if you need use of your firearm, fractions of a second could mean life or death or at least great bodily harm. This is my favorite type of carry holster, can carry a full frame 1911 style Kimber and I don't worry about the finish on my firearm, and it's comfortable enough for all day wear/use with no fatigue. My initial thought was that this would be uncomfortable to "sit" on but surprisingly it's just enough to let you know where your firearm is.

Galco is my favorite brand of leather for holstering of semi-auto pistols. Always great quality, great fit and value for the money. I find this small of back holster to be a more comfortable way to carry than IWB holsters. The SOB works well for comfort even while sitting and in the driver's seat. Unfortunately, the SOB model has been discontinued. Get 'em while you can!

Just getting used to the application. I think it is going to be just what I am looking for. It's a bit tight on the gun yet, as it is new and still a little stiff.
The look & feel are great. I've found that it can be used multiple ways as a side holster in addition to the middle of the back.
It's not typical for me to wear my shirt outside of my slacks, but would rather wear a jacket or sport coat to conceal.

Love the Galco quality. Fit out of the box was tight, but the usual trick of sticking the gun in a plastic back, a bit of wiggling and leaving it overnight gave a perfect fit for my '08 S&W Walther PPK. I have no qualms about carrying concealed with this. The quality of the leather is superb, and the finish outstanding - but that's what I expect from Galco.

I purchased this SOB holster for my Glock 23 and 36. The fit and finish on this quality holster is consistent with the other Galco products I have purchased and used over the years. If this holster holds up as long as my Miami Vice shoulder rig has, I will be very happy.

It was for my wife and she is petite, it is awesome, she carries a GLOCK 27 in it. It fits perfectly on a 1 1/2" belt and fits perfectly in the small of her back very comfortably. The craftsmanship is awesome, this is a very well made holster and the pricing was great for this quality of a holster.

I love this holster, this high quality leather holster is made very well. It fits my Colt 1911 perfect and the retention screw allows me to adjust the resistance to my exact desire. It has become my favorite holster to wear when I have a sport coat on.

Over all this holster fills a need to be able to CC in situations where other CC holsters might print. I wear sweat shirts or over shirts in the fall and a 5:00 o'clock holster will often print on me. I cannot get comfortable with an inside waist band holster so this is a reasonable alternative.

I had been looking for a pistol/holster combination for concealed carry and a really good friend of mine that works at a local gun store recommended the S&W Air-weight 642 and this Galco SOB holster. Since he has access to any weapon and holster ... and had probably tried most of them ... I took his advice rather than the usual trial and error method. I sit most of the day at a desk or in a car and with everything at the 4:30 position you almost forget it is even there. Another key advantage is that the pistol ends up sitting in such a way that everything is really flat against your body when you stand up. I think being a smaller guy (150 pounds) makes concealed carry a bit harder, but have been carrying this combination under an untucked long-sleeve shirt for a few months now and no one ... not even the other "gun guys" at the office ... has noticed it. Finally, it is quality material and construction something that will be kept and passed down with the pistol to one of my sons.

One note: The holster did discolor the soft brown leather belt that I wear it with ... almost like an oil stain. I figured it had something to do with the leather being new and how it was finished. Even considering this, I like it so well that it's still a 5-star purchase.

This is the best holster that I have ever had for concealment. Holster is comfortable. Stiff at first, but after a couple uses it breaks in great. I also ended up buying the same holster in black. I use the holsters with the Galco SB2 belts. Great Product.
